White Horse Independent James Reesor
Announced His Candidacy On 18 May 2008

James has been using Internet communications to broaden understanding of his candidacy among potential voters. Though appointing himself campaign treasurer, he does not solicit contributions and refuses to accept financial or other favors even when offered -- to avoid typical "special interest" entanglements.

The Reesor campaign headquarters and most of his activities are limited to his web sites. He explains, "We seekers of public office should be outlining our position on issues and making known our intentions if elected. Citizen voters need to take responsibility for gathering facts
in order to make rational choices among competitors prior to voting.

Reesor said, "Making relevant information available to everyone with a computer and access
to the Internet seems far superior to the old-fashioned procedures of the past."

Reporters, and all interested people, are given full permission to read, copy and share all words and graphics found on Reesor web sites without restriction: http://www.jamesreesor.com/
Names of reporters contacted and hundreds of messages can
be found on Reesor web sites. There is no justifiable excuse for ignoring Independent candidates -- no matter how much money Democrats and Republicans are spending on media advertising.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
1 October 2010

The Visionary
Tennessee Resolution

– Effective upon the 2010 election of James Reesor

We the people of Tennessee declare ourselves to be independent from traditional political organizations, free from previous legal agreements, and do, hereby, declare our sovereignty as a united state without loyalty to oppressive laws, regulations or mandates fostered upon us by the American federal government. It is our intention to occupy land under our jurisdiction, use waterways, and benefit from natural resources without interference from those who seek to prohibit or restrict the democratic exercise of our rights, privileges, and freedoms as ordained by God. In the hope of resolving conflicts, making declarations, and promoting unification as citizens with honorable intentions, the formation of a society aligned under the philosophical principles of Christ will be manifested without prejudice, selfish preferences, or any form of favoritism based on color, race, age, gender, creed or religion. It is imperative that we immediately disengage from conflictive entanglements which have, heretofore, resulted in corrupt practices that impede faith in a higher power, deny individual choices based on conscience, threaten the establishment of idealistic lifestyles, seek to take possession of wealth through excessive taxation and seize private property without respect for common sense or eminent domain rules of conduct. This visionary Tennessee resolution shall be copied and distributed free-of-charge by we the people who are in agreement with Governor James Reesor. We recognize his proposals to be worthy of cooperation, and it is our belief that we possess sufficient faith, knowledge, courage, resources, and opportunities to proceed into the future unencumbered by doubters who oppose progress. We stand strongly in agreement against all forms of persecution; we will resist false accusations, divisive deceptions conceived by competitors for the purpose of confrontational distractions, and will overcome prosecutory obstructions. Confirmation of this unique resolution will be witnessed by our actions as dissemination of these important words impact families and friends, opening up minds to ideas designed to guide us in the solution of problems. We desire harmony with neighbors in these ten states bordering Tennessee: Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky. Christians in the designated eleven states now known as “Amerijericho” – a new state-of-mind nation – are invited to join all others of like mind. Participating Christians from every nation can enter, inhabit, and dominate our proposed spiritual “principality” as either physical or spiritual residents. Mutual objectives include the formation of a governing system to be made possible because of equal representation by members from all communities. The informal “Advisory Council” will be the nucleus out of which ideas are given birth and then refined during implementation. Practical application of every acceptable concept will be done upon majority approval without burdening ourselves with debt that debilitates, competition that agitates, or unrealistic goals that threaten the security of our existence. During the course of our transition into a new way of life that is compatible with natural and
universal spiritual laws, we will remain cognizant of a need to emphasize individualism. Though striving to remain united in purpose while in pursuit
of common causes, recognition of differences between us will be regarded without personal bias, contempt or condemnation. The primary project to be highlighted for public scrutiny after James Reesor is sworn into office is his plan for reducing the budgetary size of the Tennessee state government during a seven-year transition. Our existing rate of taxation will be reduced proportionately to enable creation and/or expansion of family-owned businesses. We will then be focusing upon the second idea in a high-priority list of projects that are conceived to resolve problems associated with homelessness, dependent elders, and unemployment. Construction of the experimental, self-sustaining Amerijericho prototype community is designed to accommodate a maximum of 7680 members. Upon proven success of
this “Alpha Project” after two years of refinement, replication of original community concepts in various locations will become feasible. Additional concepts to be publicly revealed for contemplation prior to development are the “Mind Formation System,” “Faith Health Care,” “MCUSA Circle of Lights,” “MCUSA Entertainment & Broadcast Center” and “Natural Resource Development.” We humans must do our best to acknowledge dependency on divine intervention. The first step required for daily spiritual guidance is to be faithfully responsive to God. He can help us coordinate all things pertaining to human thoughts, communications, and actions during visionary endeavors. We people of Tennessee are in full support of this resolution, and we endorse objectives as stated. It is our belief that no government, organization or person has the right to dissuade us or has
the power to prevent us from fulfilling these aspirations. We, therefore,
shall remain dedicated to the preservation of God-given liberty, and will vigorously defend ourselves against any entity that might try to impede
our peaceful pursuit of happiness. Let this document be understood as a testament between ordinary people of moral character who are committed
to loving neighbors, sharing wealth through charity, and are devoted to restoration of dignity. Each person joining our movement to abolish corruption in this wicked world will be accepted as equal members. This earthly fraternity is composed of souls devoted to Truth, Love, Beauty, Purity, and all things that are made possible because of Life. There is
every reason to have hope in “Heaven on Earth” dreams – even though
the evil forces of Hell have prevailed for much too long. Let us resolve
to be better than ever before as we proceed to succeed together.

Gubernatorial Candidate James Reesor for people who care.
