Plans For The Future

Introduction by James Reesor: Over 1800 Facebook friends
of mine – including Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Michelle Maulkin,
Larry King, Pat Boone, John Hagee and many other media news professionals and celebrities – failed to respond to the message shown below for reasons we can only imagine. (One-sided communications seem to be the story of my life. So be it).

27 February 2010. This message was posted on Facebook
today in hope of sharing ideas with a few people:

“Are you familiar with the Elijah 7/70 Plan, the Mind Formation System, Faith Health Care, the Natural Resource Development Project, or my ideas related to Amerijericho Free Barter Market concepts? Has anyone in the media cared enough to share my ideas with people who take time to think before they vote?” – James Reesor

Note from JR: The following information was written
and posted to four message boards on my web sites today.
Curious researchers can find previously written messages
(1974-2009) related to the same subject matter
.

Elijah 7/70 Plan

At this point in our history as disgruntled citizens of the United States of America, we have the option of allowing oppression and persecution to continue or we can use Second Amendment rights to take up arms against tyranny. Using the Constitution as a standard, we could easily justify taking action to abolish the federal government. Putting our honor and lives on
the line in a concerted effort to overcome adversaries would not be an
easy task, but simply remaining silent in our misery is foolhardy.

Those scholars among us who are familiar with our history, traditions, culture and legal system should be capable of giving us suggestions on how best to proceed. If Christians refuse to unite in this fight against evil, there will be nothing but despair coming out of more tragedies in coming months – so, we must begin honest communication processes before it is too late.

If we still value the motivational power of hope, and if we still care about honoring leadership built on trust, we must explore the possibilities for restoration of the American dream – as first perceived by our founding fathers. The Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence combined with a God-inspired interpretation of the Constitution can serve as guidelines for those of us who want to rebuild a portion of our nation.

Let’s begin contemplation of the “Elijah 7/70 Plan” by focusing on freedom of speech and the pursuit of happiness ideas. As we read, think, and speak in this regard, let’s pretend that Jesus is already in Jerusalem. If He was already the King of kings on this planet, and was waiting for our proposals, what would we need to do to conform our ambitions to His teachings? In other words, we have a failed nation, and our very survival depends on divine intervention. What are we going to do about it?

As a
White Horse Independent gubernatorial candidate in the state of Tennessee, it is my desire to strongly endorse this plan first revealed by the Elijah Spirit through me several years ago. It will require a drastic shift in how we Americans think and how we go about living our lives.

The extremely complex ideas encompassing a comprehensive transformation of our nation is not something that can be done overnight. It will require years of dedication to ideals far more desirable than everything we are currently experiencing. These few words can point us in a new direction,
but it will require extensive research before all factors pertaining to detailed plans can be outlined.

The 7/70 part of this plan indicates that our ages will be the basis upon which we create a new civilization. The first group begins at birth and continues through the age of seven. The second group begins at eight and continues through the age of sixty-nine. The third group starts at the age of seventy and continues to the end of life – when the separation of body and soul occurs. These three groups designated by “ages” are the basis upon which everything else will be determined.

The “elite” in our new society will be those who are in the first and third groups. Their rights and privileges will be the ultimate in benefits that we
are capable of providing as a society.

The “majority providers” are those in the second group. Their rights and privileges will include guaranteed lifestyles to assure freedom, comfort,
and contentment. Provision of opportunities for continuous expansion of knowledge, and resources required for creativity and productivity will
make excellence possible beyond modest self-sustaining sufficiency.

The ratio to gauge compensation for those motivated to attain accomplishments above average needs will be clearly defined. It is
my belief that elimination of disparity among the majority providers
would be preferable as we seek to heap pleasures upon the elite. The psychological/spiritual component parts to overall equations should
keep human nature and natural resources at the center of all
proposed alternatives.

We must eliminate manifestations of deception, jealousy, selfishness, arrogance, hate, thievery – and all other forms of human behavior that
leads to degeneration and corruption.

Mind Formation System

The word “education” has a negative connotation in the minds of many people for a variety of reasons. If we agreed to scrap existing educational systems instead of thinking we can refine them, we could then begin the process of creating new ways to increase knowledge. The first step in fulfilling objectives would be to discontinue government involvement.

If I am miraculously elected in 2010 to replace Governor Phil Bredesen
in Tennessee, my advocacy for the “Mind Formation System” will include creating public corporations designed with the potential for planetary endeavors. Starting in Nashville with a super-space-age visionary prototype, it would be necessary to allow a few years for refinement before expanding throughout the state. Once proven successful, efforts would be made to duplicate the system on this continent and beyond to all nations. Instead of prohibitive costs for governments who are currently burdened in the quest
to give enlightenment to students, our superior services could be offered
at a fraction of prevailing costs. Obviously, a standardized approach to preparing people for productive pursuits in various cultures could make
the idea of world marketplace competition easier to manage.

It is important for scholars to forsake the needless distortion of historic facts, and they must be willing to avoid giving credence to useless curriculum. Our programs would need to be designed for universal use by students using all languages and dialects.

Though modest “fees” will be collected from users to eliminate excessive costs, our public corporation would be a minor-profit enterprise to assure an honest presentation of information. If all students are experiencing identical “stimuli” to assure equality, stability, continuity and competence, students
in every nation would be on the path to achieving mutual respect.

Hi-tech equipment and programs would enable efficient use of time, energy, and innate talents as individual students participate according to their unique circumstances. Repetitive, unlimited use of programs created by gifted “teachers” would be utilized wherever compatible equipment is available
for visual/audio presentations. This standardized approach to indoctrination is key to our desire to increase retention – while eliminating the need for personal attention from traditional educators. Machines are more durable than biological vessels, and more reliable than unstable thoughts within minds distorted by prejudice. We will, therefore, employ “monitors” rather than “teachers” to assist students during learning, testing, and certification.

Preparation for a lifetime of contemplation, service, creativity and productivity should be the most important part of human endeavors.
All of it must be designed and accomplished within the existing realities
of particular cultures.

Practicing the “art of survival” should be a real possibility for every person who is willing to remain actively engaged, but “freedom” to enjoy a modest lifestyle should be a choice – either out of preference or necessity. Greedy, power-hungry “kings” or dictators will need to be seen as obsolete options
if people of this world are to enjoy unlimited liberty. Unless we begin to reconcile our differences in ways that are peaceful, our potential fate as inhabitants on this planet will be unfulfilled because of our own ignorance.
It takes more than a “diploma” to authenticate our worth as a person; we must never forsake our curiosity for the unknown or attempt to pervert common sense at the expense of wisdom if we hope to avoid destruction.

Faith Health Care

The ability we have to freely make choices in how we attempt to gratify biological urges – instinctive or otherwise – affects our quality of life. Consumption of solids and liquids can be done to produce either good or
bad results – just as physical movement in the right or wrong ways is a factor. Everything about our existence hinges on our habitual behavior.

If we consume anything that is detrimental to our health because of ignorance or an inclination to flirt with self-destruction, there is no logical reason to expect family members, neighbors or the government to pay the cost for our medical treatment. If people are willing to voluntarily assist us
in times of distress, in spite of illness caused by irresponsible eating and drinking or accidents happening beyond our control, then God bless them
for caring. Even though compassion is often exhibited by good souls when needed most, expecting to suffer the consequences for making stupid decisions would be more realistic.

As Governor of Tennessee, I would tend to be supportive of those within faith-based organizations who are qualified to serve humanity during a
health crisis. As a Christian, it is my desire to see all of us focusing on proper nourishment and exercise rather than depending on “reactionary” medical services at exorbitant prices. My contempt for untrustworthy fear-mongers in control of insurance companies and self-serving medical personnel who attempt to profit excessively from “patients” leads me to believe that
more emphasis should be given to “faith” in God.

Though my negative attitude regarding the existing health care system has been framed by Christian ideals, I remain hopeful that wiser people than me will be allowed to function for the good of everyone. Nobody should ever
be refused assistance when medical attention is required. What rational professional could refuse to care for any “child of God” in their moment of greatest need? Is money or the lack of it more important than life itself? Are we going to condone insensitivity or refusal to offer aid to suffering people because of insurance company policies – or because government regulations have impeded doctors in their attempt to render services under difficult circumstances?

My opinion is that vulture-like insurance companies and federal government opportunists should be excluded from involvement in state-regulated health care organizations. The responsibility for maintaining the health of citizens should be an exclusive minor-profit “public corporation” enterprise managed by the people for the people. Charitable subsidies could be one way to assure that denial of health-related services never happens.

Natural Resource Development Project

This was one of my 22 February 2010 Facebook messages: “Five lifetime priorities need to be understood by all people in this order: (1) God (2) Planet Earth (3) Family (4) Community (5) Nation. We all need to make decisions based on faith and facts – not fallible family tradition, historic misinformation, superstition, selfish aspirations, or the idiocy of retardation.”
Since “God” is number one on my list of priorities, and “Planet Earth” is number two, thinking about how survival for humans on this speck of dust
in space can be improved might be worth doing. Limited knowledge about the universe, our dependence on it and position in it, has resulted in bad decisions being made by arrogant people over the centuries. Life on this planet has been dramatically altered because of rebellion against God and His universal laws. Modification of elements to assure balance and harmony within our ecological systems is not an easy task – and restoration of extinct or degenerated life forms is virtually impossible without divine intervention.

There are tribal descendants of so-called “native Americans” that continue to have an appreciation for “Mother Earth.” There are people in various nations with rare understanding about how “respect for nature” is an essential component in how choices are made to sustain our lives. The Pennsylvania Dutch, Amish, Mennonites, and Israelites are only a few examples of where good ideas can be found. Regardless of our particular tribal tradition, culture or society, we must agree to stop systematic corruption of earthly environments.

We have no power to regulate the universe. We can’t effectively measure
or alter sporadic cycles in planetary weather conditions by regulating solar flares emanating out of the sun. We have no control over gravity or the rotation of planets. We can’t push a button to capture invisible energy coming from stars or use the inertia to operate our earthly vehicles. For
all practical purposes in the grand scheme of God’s reality, we humans
are nothing more than neophytes in search of our own ass.

My
“JAMES REESOR CAMPAIGN IDEAS” book was self-published
in 2008. It has been hand-delivered to several family members and friends – including a few newspaper publishers.

The following information was taken from pages 10 and 11:
---------------------
AMERIJERICHO has a land/water area totaling approximately 512,521 square miles. The creation of this new nation for Christians will begin in the hearts and minds of those who are Spiritually inspired. Management will be done by anonymous volunteers, functioning within a Advisory Council.

It is now necessary for Tennessee to begin the transition out of the past into the future. Citizens who are qualified to vote in 2010 will be able to start the process of transforming lifestyles by choosing Independent candidate James Reesor. (Please publicize this announcement): “God revealed the location of undiscovered oil, gold and diamond resources during a vision. These natural resources in Amerijericho will be used to benefit all members – only if I am elected governor and am given the opportunity to sway public opinion!”
---------------------

Well, Tennessee newspaper publishers, radio and television broadcasters have failed to share this information – and they have failed to share any
of my messages or press releases during my gubernatorial campaign since
18 May 2008. Other than a derogatory and inaccurate 25 August 2008 Nashville Scene “Pith In The Wind” article about me by Pete Kotz, I have been ignored up to this point in time. And, so, the vision and ideas pertaining to hidden oil, gold and diamond resources in my proposed “Amerijericho” territory remains a secret.

As we know, very few people believe that God talks to His children. Skeptics refuse to believe that He or His angels have the ability to communicate with us through inspired thoughts, audible voices, dreams
or visions. Therefore, since the media has become a source of bad news
and a purveyor of irrelevant misinformation, instead of good news and
truth, it would be foolish to expect an honest representation of my “vision” or messages. Most people are convinced that my “faith” in a “Spirit God” makes me worthy of mockery. I suppose rebellious souls will never have a “secular” reason to trust my honesty, intelligence, judgment or sanity unless some miracle convinces them that calling me – “Crazy Man James” –
is not a suitable nickname for a prophet of God.

Though I eagerly admit to being nothing more than “Living Dirt” on my good days, and “Dung Upon The Ground” on my bad days, most evil folks get a big kick out of false accusations. Strangers on the web have accused me of being a drug addict, an arrogant false prophet, a pedophile, a liar, someone who wants to get money from widows, and other horrible things that only the Devil could possibly imagine. Demons from Hell are never interested in making life easy for Christians.

Should I be miraculously elected on 2 November 2010, and then sworn into office in 2011, the “Natural Resource Development Project” would be an important part of my objectives. It was not a random decision that led me to select eleven states for the purpose of creating Amerijericho. The “vision” helped me to understand that if Tennesseans are united under a single-star flag and Christians are united under the Amerijericho flag, we would have God on our side. He created this planet, and He has the ability to guide us step-by-step if we remain obedient.

We need to be aware of every living creature, every form of vegetation, every drop of water, each handful of dirt, all rocks, and especially the minerals and gems to be found above and below the surface of our land.
All of it should be valued as a gift from our heavenly Father – and all
of it should be utilized in ways that assure equal benefits for all
community members.

The idea of “private ownership” should be limited to families!

Governments and corporate entities should never be allowed to gain dominance over natural resources or over we the people. It would make sense for us to disengage from outside interference by federal or business monopolies. Condoning their oppressive manipulation of our lives and assets is not advisable. We must regain lost freedoms by asserting our rights as
children of God.

So-called “public lands” need to be used without restriction. All laws and regulations previously enforced by federal, state and local governments will need to be put aside in favor of purposes to be determined by Amerijericho members. The preservation, use and/or development of natural resources must be done in ways that do not unfairly benefit any person or institution.

Solving problems for homeless people will be a top priority. We want to erect a prototype community in middle Tennessee to test original concepts for those who need it most. Once it has been refined to our satisfaction, a new way of life can be duplicated in thousands of other places.

We want to eliminate all problems associated with degeneration of souls, malnutrition, ignorance, corruption of the environment, despair, hostility and the devastation often seen when aggressive competitors unfairly “capitalize” natural resources. We want to create farms and fisheries, gardens and orchards, and so many other good things in order to assure happiness
for all people.

Amerijericho Free Barter Market

The idea of a new state-of-mind nation consisting of Tennessee and the surrounding ten states was presented to President Bush, every member of Congress, and to the governors in every state several years ago. Christian leaders who were made aware of my concept failed to realize that it was
a “God plan” – not some kind of Jim Jones or David Koresh scheme
to elevate myself.

It was saddening to realize that cynical doubters in leadership positions
were obstacles to this inspired plan designed to help us cope when chaos
in this world dominates. Unfortunately for Christians who will be caught unprepared for coming events, we will have no “Amerijericho” to serve as a refuge from the evil ones who are bent on taking total control over our lives.

Realistically, divine intervention is still possible, but unlikely, unless millions of rebellious souls suddenly recognize the error of their ways. There has been no international revival leading to repentance up to this point in time – and not one political leader is courageous enough to publicly acknowledge total dependence on One God. It seems that in American, loyalty to the Federal Reserve, reverence for Wall Street, respect for the World Bank,
and infatuation with money have become the “idols” in the hearts of politicians who oppose the ways of Jesus Christ.

In spite of my disappointment over the lack of interest in the Amerijericho Free Barter Market concepts, we need to continue our daily efforts to make this a better world in which to live. We would be foolish to simply sit down and wait to be raptured out of here – or believe that death is our only chance to escape from tribulation. I believe we are living in the final generation leading to Armageddon, but there is no reason not to maintain an eternal
consciousness as we move forward. Most of us understand, the “calendar” of God is different than our human way of counting days, months and years.

If we knew for certain that we will all die tomorrow, how would we
decide to spend our remaining hours? Would we want to do something to experience emotional ecstasy or would we choose to reconcile ourselves with the Father Creator? Our heartfelt “values” become more apparent
when our backs are up against the wall. The “true nature” of our inner-self
is revealed through words and actions when frustration coming out of a loss of control causes us to feel helpless. Personal “insecurities” can lead some people to humbly bow down in prayer while others become violently enraged. How will millions of people respond to a collapse of the economy or a nuclear disaster?

What will people do when more hurricanes, earthquakes, floods and volcanoes wreak havoc in their lives?

Most intelligent people would readily admit that “families” are the foundation upon which civilizations are built. I have been advocating family and community unity for many years. If we are honest with ourselves, we would admit that the “Divided United States of America” is a huge problem – especially when we remember these words in the Bible: “And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.” Mark 3:24&25

There is strength and safety in unity!

I would not want to be the only Christian in Iran, Syria, China, Russia, or anywhere in America – other than Amerijericho – if hyperinflation, gas shortages, high food prices and street riots destabilize otherwise normal lifestyles. Living next door to a liar, thief, rapist, atheist or some other godless infidel in times of crisis would never be a choice I would make
for my wife and children – as some professing Christians are doing.

We Christians are hated because of our desire to share faith in God with rebellious souls. We are told that “proselytizing” is politically incorrect
and that quoting the Bible is harassment. If we fail to honor the false gods
of people who worship them, we are classified as right-wing radicals and bigots. Why, then, do we continue to care about those who choose to be
our enemies? Is freedom to be stupid or freedom to do evil something
that the founding fathers had in mind when forming America?

Here are two more ideas from the Bible that I believe are worth remembering:
(Idea) Love your enemies. “Ye have heard that it hath
been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of  your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.” Matthew 5:43-45
(Idea) Come out from among them. “And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto
you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.”
2 Corinthians 6:16-18

Christians in all nations are invited to be either
physical or spiritual members of Amerijericho – even at this late date. To learn more about
why everyone with a computer and access to the world wide web might be challenged to think outside the box for a change, take time to evaluate the information before we lose our freedom to communicate on the web.

Summation by James Reesor: My recommended governance systems includes many other ideas that are an integral part of the aforementioned. The only way to become a “shining light” on the hill for multitudes who are languishing in darkness is to place our trust in a higher intelligence than ourselves. When using the name of “God” in our desire to elicit impartation of inspirational dreams, visions, and ideas to provide guidance when making decisions, we must be able to confidently use “faith” more than human logic.
“Moving mountains” without a shovel is possible only if we are free to believe that God is a almighty, powerful force that is willing to participate in every effort to do good things for good reasons. We can give “Life” to ideas simply by expressing them through words and graphics – in the hope that manifestation will follow in the material realm once agreeable people begin to transform intangible, invisible “spirits” into reality.

It has been my misfortune on many occasions to experience the destructive nature of “doubt” when people in authority lacked foresight. Their resistance to new concepts was sometimes a result of ignorance, fear of spiritual phenomenon, intellectual limitations, and a reluctance to alter the status quo.
Researchers who take time to evaluate my web site message boards will begin to understand why documented dates are necessary in order to keep new ideas in perspective. We need to wonder if circumstances in this world would be different today had some of my warnings, promises, predictions, ideas and concept proposals been taken seriously.

What would life be like in this world if Mayor Bredesen and Governor Sundquist had agreed to discuss my “Music City USA” ideas? How many franchised business operations would now be fully functional in thousands of locations?

We need to wonder what kind of economic progress might have resulted
in more Tennessee jobs if the “MCUSA Entertainment and Broadcast Center” had been created as conceived? What kind of progress towards peace between nations might have been made possible had the “MCUSA Circle of Lights” become a reality? How would things be different if true Christians had agreed to organize a statewide Tennessee revival in July of 2005 as proposed? What would millions of Christians be doing this year
if they had joined Amerijericho – rather than ignore the invitations I’ve
been extending since January of 2007?

As Governor of Tennessee, it would be my intention to continue as a “voice” for One Omnipotent God rather than attempting to strive for compatibility with a multitude of false gods. Life on this planet is too fragile and indefinite for any of us to presume we are indispensable or indestructible. Let us move forward as friends and team members to accomplish the impossible – rather than stagnate in our own human weaknesses. Time is limited and our future is uncertain, so we must seize every opportunity to face every challenge with great determination while we are still alive. If you believe any of these plans for the future make sense, please use your spare time to tell somebody!
